1.6oz diamond grid HyperD Nylon

HyperD TM is Ripstop By The Roll's custom developed line of lightweight diamond grid nylon. Designed for superior performance and feel compared to standard square grid ripstop, HyperD TM is incredibly strong yet still very soft to the touch.
At 1.6 oz, this fabric fills the void between 1.9 oz and 1.1 oz weights when you're looking for something lighter while retaining maximum strength/durability.

1.2oz Hexon

This fabric is rated for 275 pounds and has one of the best weight rating for this weight of fabric. It has a special ripstop grid that reduces stretch and adds incredible strength. It also has an incredible feel, soft like cotton and not plastic-like at all. It comes in at 1.2 ounce per sq yard and is 60 inches wide.

Exceptional Quality

Well crafted, and super comfortable

I'm a casual who mostly hangs in the park when the weather is nice. I bought this hammock as an upgrade from a shorter commercial one, and I truly fell in love with it. The hammock is well crafted, comfortable, lightweight and the material feels really nice. The included stuff sack makes it easy and quick to pack/unpack. Overall very happy and I ended up ordering a second hammock.
Gerrit has also been awesome at communicating during the ordering process. It makes me really happy to support a local/Canadian business.
